31 October 2014 HI, I M A DIRECTOR IN PVT. LTD. COMPANY IN MAHARASHTRA HAVING MAIN OBJECTS AS CONSTRUCTION OF RESIDENTIAL, I REQUIRED TO GO FOR VAT REGISTRATION, PLEASE GUIDE ME TO KNOW GOVT. FEES AND REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR VAT REGISTRATION

Here is required documents and statutory fees for VAT registration:
DOCUMENTS TO BE FURNISHED ALONG WITH NEW REGISTRATION.(SALES TAX)


1). BANK PROOF (CANCELLED CHEQUE)

2). PAN CARD

3) PROOF PLACE OF BUSINESS :( Any Two of the following)

A) COPY OF LATEST PAID ELECTRICITY BILL
B) COPY OF LATEST MAINTANCES RECIPTS
C) COPY OF PURCHASE AGREEMENT
D) LEAVE & LICENCE


5) PROOF OF RESIDENCE ADDRESS: (Any two of the following) proprietor
A) COPY OF PASSPORT
B) COPY OF ELECTION VOTING IDENTITY CARD
C) COPY OF DRIVING LICENCE
D) COPY OF LATEST PAID ELECTRICITY BILL
E) COPY OF LATEST MAINTANCES RECIPTS
D) RATION CARD
E ) NOC OF FATHAR

6) TWO LATEST PASSPORT SIZE PHOTO

7) FOR MUMBAI LOCATION DEMAND DRAFT IN FAVOUR OF BANK OF MAHARASHTRA A/C MVAT (REGISTRATION FEES 5030/-& 25000/-) & IN OTHER LOCATION DEMAND DRAFT IN FAVOUR OF STATE BANK OF INDIA A/C MVAT (demand draft only nationalize bank ).

8) PROFESSION TAX NO PROOF

9) ALL DOCUMENTS MUST BE XEROX SELF ATTESTED AND THE ORIGINAL PRODUCE AT THE TIME OF VERIFICATION

10) An Introducer who is holding Vat Tin no. from Last 3 years with no defaults
