Vat on transportation

26 April 2015 I want to know whether vat is charged on transportation cost also.. I am charging vat to the party on net amount and then freight is shown seperately,,, please let me know whether i should charge vat on freight also

26 April 2015 you are doing correct dear... charge vat on only goods value... then add transportation....
