22 December 2014 whether vat payable by company on cainteen services provided to emplpyee? company deduct cainteen charges from employee salary.

In normal course, the answer is NO. The reason is Company gets a LUMPSUM bill for the canteen services and it deducts a predetermined FIXED sum from the employees......
