Urget query (secondment of articles)

18 April 2015 I am doing articles in pune and its my 16th month of articles. Due to health problem i need to go for treatment for one month.

for transfer At least 3 months is required but doctor wont certify this.

can i make an option of secondment of articles at this time for 1 year???
