14 September 2016 If tds has been deducted by foreign company (myanmar) at the time of payment made to indian company.

so how we can claim tax credit in india.
what documents required to claim tax credit

As per my understanding there is no DTAA bw india and myanmar regarding technical service.

please advise.

14 September 2016 Get TDS certificate from foreign company and claim relief in the return for tax deducted in Myanmar.
From 01/04/2017 Foreign Tax credit Rules applicable see notification 54/2016 dt. 27/06/2016.
