For depositing in whose favour following cheque should be drawn -1. Income tax 2. Service tax 3. TDS 4. ESI CONTRIBUTION 5. EPF CONTRIBUTION thanks

As ll these Govt dues are being accepted by SBI so draw cheque in favour of State Bank of India or name of Bank through whom you are paying.
But as Peddinti has said YOURSELF will work smoothly.
