22 August 2014 I am not in poistion to upload DSC IF IF CLICK USB TOKEN IT NOT SHOWS ANYTHING EXCEPT BLACK BOX IT IS TOLD TO ME THAT ON CLICKING BROWSE SHOULD APPEAR HENCE PLEASE GUIDE

I think it is not problem of security settings (which resolved in your earlier post), if it is so, can you please share the screen shot of the same ??
