26 June 2017 Well.. an unregistered person can purchase from another state (inward) but..for outward sales to another state u will mandatorily be required to get registered (irrespective of turnover) A tax invoice will be required in both cases..

26 June 2017 No i am retailer i sale only in state but i purchase outside state. So any document need for transport when i purchase.and second quis wat bill required when i sale to my custmer in state

26 June 2017 The person in other state selling to you will issue a tax invoice which you can have for transportation also, since u r unregistered n outside GST preview, u can issue bill/memo or anything (even nothing)

26 June 2017 e-way bill rules have been postponed. Till the time e-way bill get notified, existing system of way bills as per state law will continue..
