Undertaking letter to be handwritten or typed?

02 July 2015 Sir I have submitted my Form- 108 but due to mismatch of signature of My Principal I have to submit an undertaking letter written by my Principal.

So I want to ask whether the letter can be handwritten or has to be typed properly and submit???

02 July 2015 Change of Surname Undertaking Letter as She has got married so many year Sir is there any need of any Marriage certificate of my Principal required to be submitted along with s before not recently?????
