is it eligible for set off unabsorbed depreciation from Short term capital gain.
for the a y 2012-13 is it STCG @ 15%

11 July 2016 Unabsorbed depreciation is treated is current depreciation u/s 32 and hence can be set-off against any income other than income from salaries & casual income.
