Please provide the procedure to claim refund for tax deducted in UK for software employee.

26 August 2016 Relief can be claimed only in case of Indian resident stayed in India for more than 182 days. in case of resident file ITR 2 and include UK income in total income and claim relief through schedule FSI and TR.
