Inrespect of tuition fee paid by bank under educational laon directly to college, is there any restriction for claiming for 80C by the parent satisfying all other conditions.Please advice

21 June 2013 There is no restrictions but from which parent account the amount shall be transferred such parent only claim deduction u/s80C.
