12 May 2012 Whether all other provision of Income Tax will apply in the case of trust except Sec. 11,12,13.

for eg. whether provision of section 40A(3) OR TDS Section will apply to trust or not?

12 May 2012 Yes. Without applying other sections income can not be computed. 40A(3) would be applicable if trust carries on any business activity. Similarly TDS provisions will also
be applicable.
