Can Form 3CEB be revised? Please quote the section where it is said.

22 December 2016 Form 3CEB can be revised within regular time limit of filling Transfer Pricing return i.e. 30th November.
Assessee have to reject report on line & then CA can upload form 3CEB again within this time limit only.
Revision after time limit is considered as invalid.
