Is there is Limit Like 44AB for Tax Audit ( 1 Crore),

My Client has gross income from Associate Enterprise Rs. 20 Lakh.

Is there is Transfer Pricing Audit Limit.

Audit report in form 3CEB has to be e-filed.

If 'safe harbour rule' is opted, then application in form 3CEFA has to be filed in paper format before the AO.
