Transfer of residence address and of articleship

14 June 2016 I m in 2nd year of articleship and residing in Mumbai. Coz of mother's I'll health shifting to rajasthan this month.
What's complete procedure of address & articleship transfer.please advice me.

15 June 2016 i am sorry.....are these two questions INDEPENDENT of each other?????????/
if so, ....just to change the address....ask your Principal to write a letter to ICAI, requesting the same.
