I have completed one and a half yrs of my articleship. As I had a dispute with my principle I have taken termination and sent form 109 mentioning the reason as change of articleship. But termination form was not accepted by the institute. Mean while I have joined in another firm and sent 103 for re-registration. As form 109 was not accepted form 103 was also not accepted. Now, as my termination was not accepted, if my former principal accepts instead of taking termination can I take transfer from the first employer to the present employer? In such case which form should I send and who will give me the final certificate of articleship? Please suggest me sir.

ICAI rules are pretty clear. Don't join the new firm without ICAI approval for the form 109
The only option is a limited 1 year of secondment. Otherwise, you need to continue for another 6 months with the current principal and apply for industrial training after that.
