I have already cleared 1 and half year of my training from one of the firm in Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi. But now due to some issues between my principal and me, I want to take transfer. I can't comply with the reasons as provided by the institute, except "Training outside India". So I beg for your help. Is there any other way to take transfer and continue my training in India? if not then where can I apply for training outside India? Please help.
If you are not satisfy any reasons as given in CA Regulation, then you can give any justifiable reason and if the Institute deemed it as reasonable reason then they can give you approval for transfer.
In case of dispute with principal, the Institute will not inter fear.
Training outside India could be a good reason for taking transfer.
as you said there are issues with ur boss..what ever your boss approval is also mandatory..more over you need to apply to icai for permission to take transfer with his recommendation only.
3)icai will not interefere dispute between principal and student unless breach of ca regulations by any of them
4)in my opinion if possible better wait till end of 2nd year and go for ndustrial training or secondment of articleship
