14 December 2015 if total salary income more than 25 Lacs after deduction then whether i have to show assets detail in ITR also.

14 December 2015 In my view, it is not mandatory for the SALARIED assessee. For persons having business/profession income of Rs 25.00 lac
then disclosure of assets is mandatory.

14 December 2015 Disclosure of details of assets and liabilites if taxable income exceeds 25L is applicable to business \ professuion only.

It is not applicable to Salaried person.
