Make this habbit, 1)Make days target for preparing ITSM,and keep target daily on basis of no. of pages 2)after reading every day,try to recollect what u read at the time of sleep, 3)when you read second day recollect what you read yesterday and on sundays do only revision what u read for week. follow the same ..in this way you can remember better,
