Sir I have given cpt on 16 june 2013 this month only sir is it that I have to wait for the results then only I can register myself or if I am sure that I will clear cpt can I register before declaration of results

You have to wait till getting of result. Because of to get registration to IPCC required CPT pass certificate or marks memo for the evidence of clearing of CPT. So you have to wait for the results and then get registration to IPCC only.
