Time limit of form 8 and form 11 filling with roc of llp

23 December 2015 we Registered of LLP is 06/09/2013 but we are not filed FORM 8 and Form 13,till date. is there any Provision for Filling both Years can one year up to 31.3.2015,
Please send me what are the provisions

24 December 2015 No...you can not do so. You have to file Forms for FY 2013-14 and FY 2014-15
