20 December 2015 If I have Filed my I.Tax Return on 30-09-2014, for A.Y. 2014-15, What Will be Time Limit for Selection of Case under Scrutiny or Serving the Notice by the Deaprtment for the same

20 December 2015 Normally time limit for receiving such notice u/s 143(2) by the assesee is 6 months after the end of A.Y. .i.e in your case it shall be 30.09.2015 for A.Y. 2014 - 15.

22 December 2015 The notice u/s 143(2) can be served within six months from the end of the financial year in which the return has been filed. In your case 30.09.2015 for A.Y. 2014-15.
