17 May 2011 Can you tell me the time frame within which TDS certificate is to be issued to the payee (Salarised & Non Salarised) ?

17 May 2011 Due Date of Issue of TDS Certificates---

Salary (Form No.16)---(Annual) By 31st day of May of the financial year immediately following the financial year in which the income was paid and tax deducted

Non-Salary (Form No.16A)---(Quarterly) Within fifteen days from the due date for furnishing the ‘statement of TDS’.

17 May 2011 Non-salary due dates for issuing form 16A are 30/7/2011, 30/10/2011, 30/01/2012 and 30/05/2012 in respect of quarter ending 30/06/2011, 30/09/2011, 31/12/2011 and 31/03/2012.
