Assessee is screenplay and dialogue writer in Theatre Drama for that he is receiving professional fees. He is also producing drama and executing entire drama and earning Profit. He is also taking contract for making set for drama. how to show his income under Income Tax as business or profession ?
whether his business eligible to show income as per section 44AD ?

His professional fees will be outside the purview of 44AD. Other income from drama and income from contract can be considered under section 44AD.
