02 June 2016 I HAVE DECIDED TO DISCONTINUE CA AFTER COMPLETING 2 YEARS OF ARTICLESHIP AS I HAVE NOT CLEARED IPCC 2ND GROUP EVEN AFTER MANY ATTEMPTS...DO I NEED TO INFORM ICAI ABOUT THIS OR DIRECTLY STOP GOING FOR TRAINING WITHOUT ANY FORMAL PROCEDURES...
