08 August 2015 I want to leave the CA course. I have served articleship training for 13 months. Should i submit any form to ICAI.
For What purpose form 109 to be filled.

10 August 2015 For leaving CA no form is to be filed with ICAI. You can stop attending your articleship after having a chat with your principal.

10 August 2015 Form 109 is used for transfer of articleship.

By the way you have not mentioned the reason for leaving CA after so much hard work.
