Dear All I will successfully complete my articles service by 8-8-2012 and my principle is asking me to serve till 30-09-2012 and i have agreed for the same.In such case what is a valid time of filing form-109 to ICAI .Whether form-109 should be sent after 8-8-2012 or 30-09-2012.
Form 109 should be sent after 8-8-2012 as you will be completing your articles on that date itself. You will not be required to wait till 30-09-2012 for submitting the form. The form should have the completion date as 08-08-2012 only.
