02 October 2016 Can Anyone please tell me, what is the term of first directors(Mentioned in the article of the company as first director) in the private limited company?

Do we need to appoint all the director in the first AGM of a private limited company?

03 October 2016 no such term in the case of a pvt company as retire by rotation applicable only in the case of public company
