Assessee is purchasing a house property worth more than Rs.50 lacs.He is not covered under tax audit. Is he liable to pay TDS u/s 194LA in such a case?

Yes he is liable to deduct TDS since u/s 194IA it is mandatory to deduct tax at source when the property purchased is worth more than Rs. 50 Lacs irrespective of tax audit or not.
