Dear Sir
with ref to captioned subject, please advise on deduction of TDS from the transporter who donot own any goods carriage but arranged goods carriage from market and has submitted declaration for non deduction of TDS, stating that they own not more than 10 goods carriage

TDS applicable for the transporter who doesn't own goods carriage.
