Tds u/s 194c for service tax

20 February 2014 As per the notification dated 13th Jan,2014, TDS to be deducted excluding service tax for all or specified only for 94J and 94I.

Please clarifty

20 February 2014 TDS is not applicable on service tax amount (provided it is explicitly mentioned in the invoice) irrespective of the section under which tax is to be deducted except for section 192 and Section 195.
