10 June 2012 GOODS SENT FOR JOBWORK BASIS AND AFTER PROCEESING ON GOODS. THE GOODS RECD. FORM JOBWORKER PARTY HAS NOT ISSUED THE JOBWORK BILL AND SCRAP NOT RETURN FORM JOBWORK BECAUSE THE SCRAP VALUE IS ENOUGH FOR JOBWORK FOR YOUR COSTING.

MY POINT IS TDS AND TCS APPLICABLE OR NOT.
