WE RENIEW ONE licence of symntanic software(Anti virus) of amount rs 86940 party also charge service tax info tech -software @12.36% on 86940/- rs 10745.78 total gross amount of bill is rs 97685.78. MY question is at what rate we have to charge tds ?
