27 June 2015 dear all please tell whether we are required to file TDS Return for 4th Quarter.

we had paid salary in 1st & 2nd Quarter and filled TDS return for respective quarters.

but we did not pay any salary in 4th quarter.
whether we are required to file tds return for 4th quarter.
