31 January 2015 We have filed a TDS return disclosing transport transaction. In case of one transporter the PAN no has been incorrectly entered and as a result demand has arisen.

Is there any scope for filing correction?

31 January 2015 Yes you need to file correction statement. Online corrections with digital signature is possible from 2013-14 onward. See below link for e-tutorial on online correction.
