Dear Sir,
I would like to know which amount should be considered while entering the transporter details in TDS Returns (i.e. Amount excluding service tax or the amount including service tax)?
P.S. The assessee does not have service tax registration.

As from the recent circular TDS is applicable only on value excluding Service tax.
You need to mention only the consideration paid in the TDS return i.e Excl. Service Tax
If you are filing return foe Q-3 of A.Y 2014-15 then Incl. ST as the circular is not applicable at that time.
