Tds required to be deducted for payment of mobile, telephone

22 May 2018 If Limited company is making payment towards mobile bill, telephone bill, internet bill to another limited company like vodafone, jio etc then company making payment required to deduct TDS u/s 194J or 194C??

As per my understanding 194J will not applicable. whether 194C will be applicable?
