We are providing Online service in corporate sector(Like- Business mail, promotional SMS etc) but i am unable to understand how much TDS will be deduct on my invoice by Company.
If anyone here who can suggest me in above issue i am really thankful for him/her.
In this situation, you are covered U/s 194C as a contractor and if payment in excess of Rs 30,000.00 per contract or 75,000.00 p.a. (1,00,000.00 p.a. from 01.06.2016) then TDS need to be deducted @ 1% for Ind/HUF & 2% for Company/Co-op Society/Firm.
