Sir... an employee has joined with my company on 13th of Aug 2011.
I have calculated his TDS from his salary for the next 8 months. But, what about his last 4 months salary & tds calculation where he worked with the earlier company.
Pls clarify the doubts for deducting advance tax from his salary.
