1)I FILED E-RETURN FOR A.Y.11-12 AND I GOT
THE INFORMATION (FROM CPC, BANGLORE ) THE
REFUND PROCESS COMPLETED AND RE-ISSUED
THE REFUND ON 8TH MAY'2012 AND SEND TO
THE REFUND BANKER . BUT TILL DATE NOT
GETTING ANY CREDIT IN MY SAVING ACCOUNT
AND NOT GETTING ANY POSITIVE RELY FROM
REFUND BANKER SBI. WHEN I SHOW ON NSDL
SITE,THERE IS MESSAGE SHOWING " DUE TO WE
ARE UNABLE TO CREDIT IT DUE TO INCORRECT
ACCOUNT NO. , BUT MY ACCOUNT NUMBER IS
OK.WHAT CAN I DO , PL. SUGGEST ME.

2) IF i FILED e-RETURN CAN 2ND TIME FILE
RECTIFICATION.

08 June 2012 Login to e-filing website.

Under 'My Account' raise request for re-issue of refund. You can select one of the following options:

By paper to ITR address
By paper to PAN address
By paper to new address

16 June 2012 Pls check why you did not get the refund. You may not have filled the bank a/c no correctly
