05 November 2015 if i have an NRO account in india i am malaysian citizen and i have a FD in india in IDBI bank but they deducted TDS for me ...any way to claim back that ? please advice

05 November 2015 file the income tax return in India claiming your indian income. Your tax on indian income will be calculated accorsingly and refund if any will be granted.
