IN RURAL AREA THERE WAS COMPULSORY ACQUISITION OF AGRICULTURE LAND BY STATE GOVERNMENT FOR THAT GOVERNMENT HAS PAID COMPENSATION TO FARMER AFTER DEDUCTING TDS U/S 194LA.
WHETHER THIS TDS IS REFUNDABLE OR NOT ?
IF YES THEN HOW CAN BE CLAIM ?

Yes, they should file their IT return & Claim their Refund amount if they have non taxable Income.
