16 September 2015 IN RURAL AREA THERE WAS COMPULSORY ACQUISITION OF AGRICULTURE LAND BY STATE GOVERNMENT FOR THAT GOVERNMENT HAS PAID COMPENSATION TO FARMER AFTER DEDUCTING TDS U/S 194LA.

WHETHER THIS TDS IS REFUNDABLE OR NOT ?

IF YES THEN HOW CAN BE CLAIM ?
