07 August 2015 dear sir , i want to know in a pvt. ltd. co. & firm party deduct tds , can we get this tds refund ? For this what is the process ?

07 August 2015 Yes provided your total taxable income is above the basic exemption limit i.e. 250000. For this purpose you need to file your ITR.
