31 October 2014 Sir,Please tell me that my friend had income from other sources for the F.Y 2013-14 ,he has to claim tds refund. which itr have to file to claim tds refund.

31 October 2014 If exempted Income is less than Rs 5000/- then ITR 1 can be filed otherwise file ITR 2.
