17 January 2017 How to file for rectification u/s 154 for waiver of penalty u/s 234E pertaining for the FY 2013-14. Please reply ASAP.

18 January 2017 It is not possible. Only you have to take the plea that no late filing fees under section 234E is payable before 01.06.2015
