Tds rate on hire charges of blanket etc

Can u explain me what is the tds rate applicable on hire charges of Blanket,Tosak, curtain,folding etc.
Please give reply on urgenently.

23 May 2012 It is cover under Contracts, If amount excess Rs 30,000/- & Supplier is company then deduct 2% & if supplier is ind or HUF then deduct 1%
