Tds paid in q1 & q2 but want to claim in q4

17 March 2015 Dear all I have paid deducted TDS in Q1 & Q2 but by mistake I forget to claim the same in TDS return can I claim that TDS in Q4 TDS Return please advise

Who are you to claim? You are doing TRUSTEESHIP function, please dont forget that. Somebnody else's money, you withheld.. you did NOT show it in Q1 and Q2...the poor chap is in soup? isnt it?
