Tds on work contract service

17 June 2015 Hi,

Should TDS deduct from the payment made against work contract service for spider fitting and fixed glass?
if yes then on which amount should be considered for the deduction, total invoice amount includes vat 8% and service tax 4.8%.

can you please clear to just one thing,
shall we deduct TDS Only on labour charges?
if Material and labour cost mentioned separately
