25 July 2016 Is TDS applicable on Webhosting charges and Domain charges?For example-A company pays to "godaddy" for webhosting charges and domain charges,is it required to charge TDS on it?

25 July 2016 domain charges are not subject to TDS except however, you have given CONTRACT of doing so to someone...(In that case 194C will come into play)
Hosting charges.... deduct tds u/s 194J
